Yes of course we can show you the 2 bedroom bungalows at Los Altos de Las Palas - there are several options and positions available.

We can do 10am to 4 pm - We need to book a specific time because Saturday's are by appointment. Can we suggest 12 mid-day? That will give you time to travel from Playa Flamenca.

We have a doctors surgery less than 10 minutes drive and a 24hrs medicial centre in Fuente Alamo 15 minutes away.

Saturday at half past 12 is a good time for us.The medical centre sounds ideal.

We have sold our apartment in Playa Flamenca and we're looking for a bungalow with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. We would like to look at the Linus style on Saturday morning is this still available we are retired and so need a medical centre in a short drive.

So we just wanted to thank you for arranging the viewings at short notice.

Just to confirm, we will be buying the Villa Morena on the outer side of the road, number 19.

Hopefully, we can do all the paperwork when we finally arrive back in Spain on the 18th. Actually the 19th as we will arrive late on the 18th.

We have forwarded our reservation/deposit.

We were very impressed with the progress made by the new owners and all the staff who went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. They provided a lot of tasty food and expert advice.

Things are progressing very quickly and since we visited last week, a huge amount of work has been completed. The community centre pool will be ready in a few weeks and already, the club house is taking shape, and will be open for the first residents to enjoy early in the new year.

The first two show-homes are already completed, fully furnished and ready to receive interested, potential buyers.

In the coming weeks and months, more of the properties will be fully refurbished and ready to buy.
