We can take you to view at any time from 9am to 5pm Mondays to Friday - or by special appointment at the weekends.

On arrival, we usually check in at the sales office where Julia, the sales manager, prepares the keys required for internal viewings of the various property styles you would like to view. The sales office is set within the lovely community building, so we can show you around this area first and see one of the two community swimming pools.

There are currently 2 show homes - and by viewing these first, you will see the quality of the furnishings and white goods that are included in every villa purchase.

During the leisurely stroll around the village, you will learn everything you need to know about Los Altos de Las Palas Village, location and nearby towns, villages and cities, including where to shop and access all the amenities you will need.

When you are fully comfortable with your decision to begin your purchase, we return to the sales office, based within the communal, social area to sign the reservation contract. Reservation fees are flexible, between 20-25% - however, if your funds are not yet in place, then an alternative reservation fee can be negotiated.

It is currently possible to extend your completion date up until the end of May 2023.

If you would like more time before starting the purchase process, this is not a problem. We are available 7 days per week, via email, social media messaging or telephone should wish to make your decision at a later time.
