On Wednesday, 30th of November 2022, we attended the much awaited grand opening day at Los Altos de Las Palas.
The progress made by the new owners was very impressive. And all the staff who went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. They provided a lot of tasty food and expert advice.
Since last weeks visit progress has moved very quickly. The amount of work that has been completed is huge. The community centre pool will be ready in a few weeks. And already, the club house is taking shape. It will be open for the first residents to enjoy early in the new year.
The first two show-homes are already completed, fully furnished and ready to receive interested, potential buyers.
In the coming weeks and months, more of the properties will be fully refurbished and ready to buy.
