We have recently received an enquiry on our forum from Helen. Asking for information regarding private swimming pools at Los Altos de Las Palas – so we thought this would be of interest to you all.
Some of the plots to the 58 KEY-READY VILLAS are quite large. The Detached Villas benefit from plots of over 800sqm – therefore it is possible to build a large swimming pool. Custom built pools vary in price for the classic styles and the more complicated designs may cost a little more.
At Los Altos de Las Palas Villa Sales, we can put you in touch with several reputable pool construction companies who will be pleased to provide a FREE QUOTATION – but to give you a guide price, here are a few images of classic pools below…
Prices will range from approximately 8,000€ for a small dip-pool. Around 20,000€ for a larger full-size rectangular pool with roman end with steps.
Planning permission and a project licence required. Your chosen pool construction company should be able to take care of this.
